GREEN SMOOTHIE — 1/2 c plain yogurt, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c frozen pineapple, 1/2 c frozen spinach, 1 banana, 1 T honey — *Helpful Tip* Fresh pineapple and spinach can be substituted & will make smoothie sweeter & greener. If using fresh pineapple & spinach, add a few ice cubes to make colder. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend high for 30 seconds or til smooth. Taste & add additional honey if needed or a splash of milk if consistency is too thick.
