1½ c milk ½ c pineapple or mango (chopped) ¼ c yogurt 1–2 T honey/agave nectar 1 banana (chopped) 50g spinach &/or kale 2 T green powder 1 T Chia seeds Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high 1-2 minutes until well combined. To sweeten, add honey or nectar. Check if more liquid is required and blend again. Serve immediately and sprinkle with Chia seeds. You can also refrigerate as needed, for up to 24 hours. Ice cubes may also be added and blended in with other ingredients.
